Methodology
SiliconBridge continuously scrapes open VLSI job postings from leading semiconductor companies (NVIDIA, Qualcomm, AMD, Intel, ASML, Marvell, Arm), curated Telegram channels for Indian VLSI hiring, and India-focused job boards. Each posting is passed through an LLM-based extractor that normalizes company, title, experience requirement, skills, and location.
This report aggregates the 384 most recent postings in our database. Cities are canonicalized using a lookup of common Indian metro aliases (Bengaluru → Bangalore, Gurgaon → Gurugram). Role categories are classified by keyword matching on job titles and skills. Experience bands are derived from the minimum year of experience extracted from each posting.
Counts reflect open postings, not hires. Postings older than the scrape window are dropped. Numbers refresh hourly from the live job database.
